Description	•Research and recommend software tools to upper management. •Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members. •Deliver High level design with the help of senior(s) under his supervision. •Participate in software development process improvement in development and other areas. •Responsible for developing function specifications for programs being developed by his/her team. •Setting monthly/quarterly objectives for his/her team members •Coordination between the team members and the head of programming division. •Help the team to improve their experience and solve the technical issues
Qualifications	•University degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field. •Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience. •Fluent in ASP .Net, C#, VB, ASP Classic Plus, OOP Concepts, ADO.NET, XML/XML Web Services and Java Scripting. •Extensive experience with relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
