Responsibilities
- Coach and help develop team members.
- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.
- Participate in all project lifecycle starting from analysis and design phase, passing through implementation phase and ending with stabilization and deployment phase.
- Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
- Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements
- To deliver assigned Software Products on time and within the budget framework agreed upon while attaining Customer acceptance.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in developing .Net applications is a must.
- Understanding Application lifecycle management through VS2010 and TFS2010 is a strong plus.
- Good awareness of MSF for agile software engineering process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong Object Oriented Development background
- Strong C#.Net development skills
- SQL 2005,SQL 2008
- ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript.
- Ajax, XML, JQuery.
- Working with Visual studio 2010.
- Good understanding of .Net Framework4.0 technology.
- Good understanding of N-Tiers architectures.
- Microsoft Office share point server 2010 is a plus.
