QC Engineer (Ref: QCE)
Job Description:
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure delivery of high-quality products and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop QC best practices and standards, institutionalize them.
- Maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of QC team through appropriate mix of various testing methodologies.
- Create Test Plan and Test cases and execute them.
- Documenting and tracking software deficiencies.
- Develops, publishes, and implements test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, test configuration, test schedules, and related documentation.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of testing and quality programs
- Communicating project status
- Reviewing technical and non-technical documentation
- White Box capabilities and test automation skills a plus
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years experience in test development or script development (Fresh graduates with good experience in programming are welcomed)
- Expertise in software quality control, with an emphasis on data-driven, and Web-based applications.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Exceptional leadership skills, including ability to motivate people, drive clarity and deliver results.
- Attention to detail and commitment to full product knowledge.
- Bachelor degree (Computer Science or equivalent is a plus)
- Experience with testing Web based applications is desired.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of engineering and management
- Self-motivated and willing to play multiple roles in a "start-up" environment
- Experience with web .NET projects is a plus
