Description

• Reviewing the requirements and high level design.
• Preparing a work breakdown structure for the assigned work.
• Creating an integration plan for the modules.
• Managing a team of senior developers and developers that is assigned on a per-project basis.
• Reviewing the modules and sub modules (detailed design, code, unit test plans) developed by the senior developers and developers and ensuring that the development is according to the standards.
• Preparing and / or supervising the preparation of the technical documentation and user guides for the developed application.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly progress reports to the Project Manager and Development Manager.
  • Submitting a summary of technical and process problems faced and how they were overcome to the development manager.
  • Coordinating with the testing team through the testing team leader (release to testing and reception of reported bugs) and directs bugs to the correct person for resolution.
  • May take on part in the duties of senior developers (detailed design, code and unit testing) in cases of insufficient resources.
